Overview of the Unit

Pharmaceutical Services Center (PSC) - Faculty of Pharmacy- Tanta University was established in 6/4/1996 by a decision of the Supreme Council of Universities (SCU) and was accredited by the Ministry of Health and Population in August 1998 for performing bioavailability/bioequivalence studies.
PSC center had the certificate of ISO 9001-2000 by the American Society of Registration (ASR) company in January 2002 and re-certificated with ISO 9001-2008 by International Quality Registration (IRQ) company and the re-certificated with ISO 9001-2015. PSC center also had the certificate of ISO 17025 -2005 by Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC) since 2014.
PSC has expanded the scope of work and was accredited by the Ministry of Health and Population in performing accelerated stability studies in April 2012.
PSC offers different services throughout its following centers and units besides departments of Faculty of Pharmacy ,Tanta university and all its available equipments and facilities.
